I understand the problem. Just a matter of time before I come up with an exquiste solution
I have  firgured out how I'm, going to do it. The rest is just scut work
I have a sketch/block diagram of the hardware and software solution
I have spec'ed the hardware & have software framework notes
I have a bread board working & software version .01
The breadboard is working and the software loads.
The Breadboard is fixed and the software runs.
Cad versions of circut board & physical layout.
The product fits the final design physical criteria, the software is 1.0 but still needs to be debugged
Real done - hardware starts relaiby, software boots consistently, the phycial product fix in box/alloted space, the spec sheet is correct, the manual is written.

Quote of the Day

Todays Churchill Thought

If you have an important point to make, don't try to be subtle or clever. Use a pile driver. Hit the point once. Then come back and hit it again. Then hit it a third time a tremendous whack.
